(Las Vegas—April 14, 2009) The attached letter was sent by the Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Southern Nevada Board of Directors to Governor Jim Gibbons in response to his public statement about his intent not to sign SB 283—A bill that Revises provisions governing the rights of domestic partners.
