5th annual art show at the center to showcase local artists
(Las Vegas-April 24, 2008) The Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Southern Nevada Hosts its 5th Annual Art Show this Saturday, April 26, 2008, from 6-9P.M. This year’s theme, Y(our) Pride is Showing inspires the work of the artists. Art submitted will be judged by a juried panel and awards for first, second and third places will be given.
A dozen artists are participating in this year’s show and have donated their works for judging, display, sale and auction. Artwork submitted this year includes; metalwork, photography, enhanced photography, digital imagery, watercolors, acrylic, oil, pastel, mono-silkscreen, woodwork, and more.
