Announces its 2007 Honorarium Results

(Las Vegas-November 20, 2007) The Center board released the results from its 13th annual, 2007 Honorarium held November 3, 2007. Over 500 people attended this year’s “Many Colors, One Cause” themed Honorarium. “Our record breaking attendance and donations resulted in new records being set in every category. We raised a total of $180,000 through our generous sponsors, advertisers, silent auction, donors and attendees,” said Karen Rubel, Honorarium Dinner Chair.

Ken Smith, Board President added, “We thank the Southern Nevada community for supporting the valuable work of The Center and recognizing this year’s honorees. We especially thank Lovett Companies , our presenting sponsor, and all of our sponsors, advertisers, donors and attendees for all their generous support.”

“This year was our most successful to date and we could not have done it without the support of the wonderful southern Nevada community. Our young men and women, our seniors, our member groups, the many who seek our services and our colorful community will benefit directly from such generosity to our cause,” said Candice Nichols, Executive Director.
